If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Return is allowed only in case of defective products. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with product opening videos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund. Please note that threads coming out, slight color variation and slight dyeing mistakes cannot be considered as damage.
