NIRANTARE - Return & Refund Policy

At Nirantare, each saree is a reflection of heritage, craftsmanship, and heartfelt storytelling. While we strive to ensure every order delights you, we understand there may be rare instances where you may wish to return your purchase.

🧵Returns

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your saree accompanied by the one complete video of opening the product. 
  • Condition: The saree must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with original packaging, tags, and invoice.
  • Non-returnable items:
    • Customized or pre-stitched sarees.
    • Sarees with minor color variations (due to screen differences).

To initiate a return, please email us at nirantare@outlook.com with your order ID and reason for return.

💸 Refunds

  • Once the returned saree is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

🔁 Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If the product is damaged in that case replacements and exchanges will be delivered in 5 to 10 working days. 

📦 Return Shipping

  • Return shipping charges will be borne by the customers.

❗ Important Notes:

  • In case of damaged or defective products, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with the photos, video and a brief description.
  • Nirantare reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet our policy.
